“ Excellent food and service! Andrea our waitress was so lovely, kind and fun - we felt right at home on our first day in Catania! Gluten free margarita pizza and gluten free pasta were the best we have had in Sicily over the past two weeks. A fruity mocktail was also delicious and perfect. “ Nice garden, shade or sunny, you can pick. Ser ice was excellent. We choose pizza one local sicilian and one classic margherita. Margherita was 20-30 seconds more baked then needed, but perfect taste. Siciliana with anchioves and orange zeist something unusual but strong and with balanced taste. Restaurant deserve recommendations. ”
“ Great place for a dinner with super cool staff and amazing food. The pizza was just as good as you would expect, judging from other reviews here - tasty, imaginative and quite big. The vibe is very nice, a terrace between flowering trees and slightly outside the bustling city life. The waitress also spent some time chatting with us and nudged us to be more adventurous when choosing meals and drinks from the menu, and she was right. You certainly won't regret coming here. ”
“ We visited Mad in Italy for dinner. Ordered a pepperoni pizza for the kids and the Sicilian pizza for the adults along with a Caesar salad to share. The salad was different as it included chopped lettuce, chunks of bacon, and large croutons. The pepperoni pizza was very tasty and a great choice for kids. The Sicilian was attractive and included anchovies, jam, fresh basil, and orange peel. Overall a nice visit. This restaurant is in the tourist zone so prices are a little higher than elsewhere. ”

The sauce had no taste… guanciale was good and made the pasta a little bit better. Lemonade really good. The waitress - really nice and communicative! She asked us if the level of music is okay, we kindly asked for the AC to be turned on — they did! ”
